ADMISSION TO PROFESSIONAL PRACTICE EXAMINATIONSEnsure you attach the following:1) Letter from employer/principal certifying the period of employment and nature of work2) the applicant has been engaged in.3) A certified photocopy of your Graduate Certificate (Done at the Secretariat)4) Accounts’ Statement showing payment of current subscription fees and other dues payable to ISK, Examination fee and examination briefing seminar (to be picked fromaccounts office).5) A Statement of Experience not exceeding 1500 words typed in form of CV6) Payment Commitment Form for those paying in installments7) Those Re-sitting to attach copy of letter communicating exam results and Statement of8) Accounts showing necessary payments are paid1) Letter from the employer/principal certifying the period of employment and nature of work the applicant has been engaged in.2) A certified photocopy of your Graduate (formerly Associate)3) Certificate/Confirmation letter of ISK Graduate (formerly Associate) Membership by the ISK CEO.4) Certified Copies of your Degree/Diploma Certificates – certification MUST be done by the Institution where you studied.5) Current receipt confirming up-to-date membership subscriptions and other dues payable to ISK.6) Examination Fee Receipt.7) Curriculum Vitae (CV) as detailed in the information to candidates.8) Proposed Topic for the Technical Paper including a Synopsis of the same. (Those with Master of Science or Doctorate degrees in relevant surveying fields should attach a certified copy of their certificate for consideration for exemption).9) Proposed Production Jobs as per the chapter requirements.
